Effective March 18th, 2012 the pricing on our Web Site will be the lowest price in the Market Place and probably the best price/value in Sun Peaks Resort.
We guarantee that today's pricing will be the lowest offer prior to your arrival. Our pricing gradually increases as occupancy increases, so book early to fix that best price.
If a particular room type or specific dates do not appear when making the reservation it may be the room type is sold out or there may be length of stay restrictions.
Groups- If you have a group of 4 or more rooms, please phone and ask for our special Promo Code so that your groups can book direct on line.
Payment Policy
Ski Season – One nights deposit at time of booking, full payment 30 days prior to arrival
Non Ski Season – Credit Card to guarantee
Cancellation Policy
Ski Season – Full refund less $25.00 outside 30 days prior to arrival, with in 30 to 8 days one night room and tax and within 7 days no refund
Non Ski Season – outside 24 hours full refund; with in 24 hours no refund

Whether it’s mountain biking, hiking or skiing in one of Sun Peaks’ breath-taking mountain trails, Nancy Greene’s Cahilty Lodge has what you need to make your stay in the mountains as comfortable and memorable as it can be.
Cahilty Lodge is a family friendly condominium style hotel with 175 newly-renovated rooms ranging from cozy traditional lodge rooms, studio kitchenettes and family suites to spacious three bedroom accommodations. All of our rooms have TV, DVD player, coffee maker, kettle, complimentary coffee & tea, alarm clock, full bathroom with heated tile floor, hair dryer and daily housekeeping. Kitchens are available in most of our rooms and we also have a secure storage room for your sports equipment. We clearly understand what it takes to make your vacations in Sun Peaks more pleasurable— and it helps to be surrounded by spectacular mountain views and only steps away from all the delightful ambience of Sun Peaks Village and its amazing shops and restaurants. As of December 8, 2011 we now have some pet friendly rooms.
